After doing numerous inductions in the workshops we spent some time as a group getting to know the workshop in our own way to get used to it. We had two sessions in the workshop, in the first one we were asked to just use materials with the machines to change them in some way with no real aim. Below are the photos of what we did.
In session two we were asked to put our random pieces of material together to make a model. As you can see below we tried numerous different things before we settled on our final model.
Below is our final model, I like it because it uses loads of different colours which makes it bright and stand out, also I like the use of straight edges and bends and circles. We used bolts and rivets to put this together.
